The Membership of APDUK section includes a guide to membership and a Membership Application form which can be filled out on line, printed and then sent to our Hon Secretary.
All Members of APDUK will have access to the Members Area of the APDUK web site.
This Members Area includes: a Members Chat Room, Members Intranet Forum, and a Members Message Boards.
The Members Chat Room has includes a transcript service, so we can now archive all the chats, for later reference. Especially useful when we discuss specific aspects of APD with professionals etc. The Chat Room will also be used to host the APDUK / OldAPD co - sponsored research project looking into "How APD affects Adults" in conjunction with Damien Howard.
There is the new Members Mailing List, and a Members Only section of the new APDUK Open Forum

Volunteers required to help us help you
If you feel you could devote a few hours a week on line chatting to the other members of the APDUK Executive committee or sub-committees. We need help in a variety of areas which are needed to run a voluntary organisation so that APDUK can cope with the increasing demands on the organisation as APDUK grows.
